Do you have at least 5 years experience in the roofing field? Can you perform repairs and services on all types of roofing products? We are looking for a roofing supervisor for our installation crews and also a service technician to address leaks and small service issues with roofing and siding. Responsibilities
-
Remove debris from roofs and gutters
-
Track and maintain inventory of roofing materials

Construct roofs, vapor barriers, and vents to protect buildings from all weather conditions
-
Use power and hand tools to measure and cut materials
-
Review and understand blueprints
-
Repair or replace broken shingles, sheet metal, and other roofing materials
-
Apply coatings of bitumen, caulk, and cement to roof surfaces
-
Supervise our re-roofing crews to make sure all proper materials and installation procedures are being followed

Perform roofing repairs and inspections
-
Estimate time and materials needed for repairs to come up with estimates for customers

Perform siding repairs
-
Communicate with customers on repair and new installations, collect payments

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
-
Physically able to lift heavy materials and tools is required and good balance

Valid driver’s license is required

We require candidates to complete a roofing apprenticeship
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
5 years experience in roofing/siding/construction required
Compensation
$22 - $30 hourly
