Here's a bit about me!
Erica M. Wolfe, Esq., is the sole owner and managing attorney of Wolfe & Associates. Erica focuses her law practice in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and estate distribution. Erica assists clients through every step of the residential and commercial purchase process, including the review of all contracts, mortgage documents, title commitments, and surveys. Also, she handles a wide range of estate and trust matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directive documents. Erica devotes a substantial portion of her time to estate planning, focusing on asset distribution while minimizing potential tax liability on asset transfers.
In 2018, Erica was recognized nationally as “Top 40 under 40” by the American Academy of Attorneys. In 2019, the Premier Academy of Attorneys recognized Erica as one of the top 1% of real estate attorneys in the country. Most recently, Erica was named a 2022 Honoree of the Delaware Business Times Top 40 Business Leaders under 40.
Erica lives in Middletown, Delaware, with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach and interior decorating.
